The Tripartite Alliance for Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP) provides advisory services for both employers and employees on fair and responsible employment practices.

Employers who want to seek advice on how to implement fair and responsible employment practices can call 6838 0969 or email query@tafep.sg. We also provide on-site visits to companies who have signed the Employers’ Pledge of Fair Employment Practices.

Employees who have experienced discrimination at the workplace are welcome to call 6838 0969 or email query@tafep.sg for advice and assistance.
