Applications of the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair and Progressive Employment Practices


Attend this 0.5 day workshop to learn how you can develop fair and progressive employment practices and build an inclusive culture within the organisation to drive high performance. TAFEP will share how you can apply the key principles of Fair Employment Practices and start on your learning journey by using the Fair and Progressive Employment Index (FPE Index) so you can attract, motivate and retain talents in your organisation and be an employer of choice. 
WAF will provide a brief but insightful sharing on the available HR support schemes and grants for SMEs to better engage employees and champion workforce excellence.

This session is specially organised for employers, HR practitioners, Managers and Supervisors to understand the rationale and business case for applying fair employment practices.

About the Trainer

Ernest Chew

Ernest Chew has over 35 years of corporate experience of which 25 years were in HR Management in Singapore and in the Asia Pacific region. A veteran HR practitioner, hhas held Senior HR management positions with American, European and Local Global Corporations as well as local SME

He is fully versatile in all areas of HR having deep and extensive experiences in learning and development, compensation and benefits, talent and organization development as well as business partnering and human resource operations. Ernest has worked in manufacturing and non-manufacturing corporations in the aviation, semiconductor, petrochemical, pharmaceutical industries, Life Science, Services, Early Childhood.

Ernest is currently a certified SME SkillsFuture Mentor with Spring Singapore. He is also a SNEF trainer.
Ernest has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University, a degree in Business Administration from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
