NYP’s staff are given regular opportunities to work on cross functional projects that enable them to stay relevant in their jobs by working on real-life industry projects in new, emerging technology areas.

NYP’s Staff Re-profiling programme also allows employees to be trained, re-trained and transformed into new areas of competence such as Nanotechnology and Aerospace Technology, readying them for deployment into new roles.

Additionally, its Career Unlimited framework enables staff to engage in a series of planned development activities such as formal education upgrading, staff re-profiling programmes, industry projects in collaboration with institutional and industry partners, team up with colleagues in multi-disciplinary projects groups, or overseas attachment programmes to keep abreast of latest developments.
