Fairness and Diversity in The Workplace

With pro-active efforts put in place to maintain a diverse workforce, NYP practises a merit-based recruitment and selection process with two-tier interview process to minimise any potential biases in the process.

It also recognises the value that a diverse workforce brings, and helps overseas recruits with support for accommodation to ease their relocation and transition.
In addition, NYP re-employs mature and retired staff and retains them even after their retirement age. Jobs are re-designed so that they can continue to provide value-added expertise in a different capacity. These employees also serve as mentors to the younger generation.
