A TAFEP officer will speak with you to better understand what had happened. We will approach the employer concerned to put in place fair employment practices and to ensure there is no discrimination relating to age, race, gender, religion, marital status and family responsibilities, or disability. We may also report discriminatory practices that are not in adherence to the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices, to the Ministry of Manpower for further investigations and appropriate actions to be taken.

For us to help you, it is important that you provide relevant information such as your name, NRIC and contact (hand phone or email) details, the firm involved, as well as a description of what had happened. You can indicate to us that you would like to share your information in strict confidence.
