Start Right, Do it right
Are you ready to start the year right?
Take a fresh look at your employment practices and be updated on changes to the Employment Act.

EVENT SYNOPSIS

Join us in starting the new year on the right note by embarking on a journey towards excellence in employment practices: at this event, gain insights into the best practices of award winning companies and understand how they have reaped the benefits of going beyond doing the right thing to doing things right. Also learn about the upcoming changes to the Employment Act (EA) and its implications for you.

Experts from Willis Towers Watson will share key insights and observations from the recent Tripartite Alliance Award 2018 and how winning employers have gone above and beyond in their fair and progressive employment practices, age inclusive and work-life practices. Representatives from the Ministry of Manpower will also share the main changes to the EA (including the extension of core provisions to all Professionals, Managers & Executives; raising the salary threshold of Part IV of the EA for non-workmen; and enhancing dispute resolution services) which will take effect from 1 April 2019.
