WorkPro’s Work-Life Grant
Striking a healthy work-life balance is a difficult challenge for employers but all the more necessary to retain employees. Consider the enhanced Work-Life Grant under WorkPro to help you and your employees better manage work and family responsibilities.

The enhanced Work-Life Grant, effective from 1 July 2018, comprises of 2 components:
  1.  The Flexible Work Arrangement(FWA) Incentive (up to $70,000 per company) to incentivise companies to sustain the implementation of FWAs for their local employees.
  2.  The Job Sharing Incentive (up to $35,000 per company) to incentivise employers to implement job sharing arrangements for employees at the PMET-level drawing a gross monthly salary of atleast $3,600, prior to the job sharing arrangement.

Please note that SNEF and NTUC’s e2i are the only appointed Programme Partners for WorkPro. Companies can approach either one to apply for WorkPro. This service is provided at no cost to companies. Applications must be submitted directly by the companies. Third party applications through consultants or vendors will not be accepted.
